I always enjoyed training. When I delved into the instructional design world, I realized that training requires processes and techniques that allow you to reach the learner. Training requires engaging the trainee and ensuring that in the end they have learned something and not fall asleep doing it!

In my experience for over 15 years, I have developed the ability and skills to train others in a productive and relatable way. I am an enthusiastic Elearning Designer with experience in course development, instructor-led training, and creative graphic design. I enjoy creating courses and materials to make the training experience a better one.

When I am not creating , I spend time with my husband, daughter, and my fur babies. I like to explore beaches, shopping, and binge watching TV.
